So you have got a problem with your laptop and you'd like it repaired efficiently and at a great price?
The first thing to do is to get a free estimate for the repair. You can do this by calling us on 01865 747275, or online by filling in our free estimate request form.
If you are happy with our estimate, and your laptop cannot be repaired over the internet, then we'll have it collected by our fully insured courier service. Don't worry if you cannot be at home for the courier - we can pick it up from your work or even a friend or relative.
Once we receive your laptop, within 24 hours we'll confirm original diagnosis & cost of repair with you by telephone. Rest assured that we will NEVER carry out any repairs without getting the go-ahead from you first.
Once your laptop has been repaired (usually within 48 hours) we'll phone you to arrange a convenient time for the delivery back to you, and to take payment for the repair. In other words, we don't take any payments until all repairs have been completed.
And last of all, you have your laptop back in full working order!
